I would be telling an untruth if I said I’ve always been a proponent of the poncho. Fact is, in the past, I saw little point to the poncho or it’s kissing cousin, the cape. As outerwear it seemed slightly ineffective in fending off the elements. I mean how can something without arms keep you…
